City Council Speaker Christine Quinn made her debut on the Rachel Maddow Show last night, talking about the need for a parade for Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. The show coincided with the parade New York City held for the Super Bowl Champions New York Giants. (Maddow, who had bet on New England winning, had to wear a Giants jersey on camera.)
